We don't publish fees; each engagement is quoted on its scope. The 30-Day AI Reality Check is a fixed fee, credited in full against any engagement that follows. Assessments and builds are fixed scope, managed operations are billed monthly with 90-day notice and no lock-in, and on every build 30% of the fee rides on the measured metric.

Seventy percent of the fee is fixed. Thirty percent is tied to a metric agreed before we start, measured against a baseline we take in week one, and verified ninety days after go-live. It is capped at 30% of the total fee.

We don't earn the thirty percent. That is the whole arrangement. We carry professional indemnity cover on every outcome clause.

It is agreed with you before we start and written down as a number, not an ambition. The baseline is measured against production data in the first two weeks, and no engagement proceeds past that gate without a baseline you have signed.

No. It is credited in full against any engagement that follows.

If you have already spent on AI, with the Reality Check: four weeks that add up the spend and what it returned. If you haven't spent yet, with the Diagnostic: two weeks, fixed fee. In a regulated entity, with a governance assessment, almost always.

The Reality Check takes four weeks. A governance assessment takes six to ten. A build takes eight to twelve, through four gates: Frame, Ground, Build and Land. The Diagnostic takes two.

No. SEBI Regulation 16C makes the regulated entity solely responsible for AI outputs regardless of who built the system. Vendor contracts can add documentation, audit and exit rights, but the liability stays with you.

ISO 27001 certification is in progress and SOC 2 Type II readiness is underway. We state that plainly rather than imply a certificate we don't yet hold.

They are used to answer you and to send what you asked for, and they are deleted after 24 months. The site runs no advertising trackers and no session recording. You can ask to see, correct or erase what we hold at any time.
