72 Networks Private Limited is the data fiduciary for all personal data collected on this site, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Registered office: 456 Tower B2 Spaze I Tech Park, Sector 49 Gurugram, Haryana 122018.

Our grievance officer can be reached at gaurav@72networks.com. We respond to data-principal requests within fifteen days.

Only what you type into a form: your name, work email, company, role, revenue band, sector and message on our enquiry forms; the answers you give the AI Waste Calculator and the DPDP Readiness Check; and the UTM parameters of the link you arrived on.

We do not collect anything else. We do not buy data, scrape data about you, or enrich your record from third parties.

Three purposes: responding to your enquiry; sending the breakdown, scorecard or data pack you explicitly asked for; and at most one follow-up message related to it.

Purpose limitation here is a design decision, not a clause: the forms collect nothing the stated purpose does not need. Every form carries its own consent notice, and consent is stored with the record.

This site runs no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording and no advertising trackers.

We sell data governance. This site is built to survive the same audit we sell.

A small number of processors under contract: hosting infrastructure and transactional email delivery. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. A list of current processors is available on request to gaurav@72networks.com.

Enquiry and tool-submission data is retained for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do.

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal, and you may nominate someone to act on your behalf. Write to gaurav@72networks.com from the address you used on the form.

Access-controlled storage, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access internally. ISO 27001 certification is in progress and SOC 2 Type II readiness is underway. We state that plainly rather than imply a certificate we don't yet hold.

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will be flagged to active contacts by email.
